How to suck your stomach in
This is a simple yoga routine.
Why is it important?
It helps to strengthen your stomach muscles.
It helps the organs in your stomach function better.
Most important: It helps blood circulation in your pancreas and adrenalin glands.
Method: Exhale as much as you can, grab your thighs as you do. Imagine you are trying to stick your bellybutton to your spine. [The last bit of the video is a bit harder. It requires more control of your stomach muscles in the first place.]
